The Bay Queen Villas
As part of our partnership with Hartford Homes on The Bay Queen Villas, we collaborated on a landmark collection of 23 luxury apartments and penthouses, complete with an on-site restaurant, gymnasium, private lounge and concierge service.
Across all 23 residences, we designed and supplied bespoke kitchens alongside boot rooms, utility rooms and laundry spaces. An overall specification was established for the development, before our team worked with individual purchasers to personalise their kitchen and make the space feel unique to their style and requirements.

Spanning 32 months from initial brief through to final installation, the development saw us deliver 23 completely bespoke projects. Every piece of cabinetry was made from scratch by our skilled teams in our Peak District workshop. Nothing imported. Nothing standard. Everything designed and made to the exact specification of the individual client’s brief.
Our in-house approach gave us oversight throughout the project, from initial design and detailed specification to manufacturing and installation.
