Our showrooms are run by local people who understand the homes in your area, and who you know will be just down the high street if you need them. Our team don’t just show you round the displays and take your order. They genuinely get to know you and your family, to understand exactly what it is you need from your home renovation. By building a genuine relationship, we create designs that fit the way you live, and give you confidence that you’re in safe, experienced hands every step of the way.

Design and manufacturing expertise
At our Peak District workshop, our manufacturing team artfully bring each element of a kitchen to life, from full cabinetry and shelving to baseboards and drawer runners. We make all our cabinetry ourselves, in-house, so that we have complete control over the quality of the product that’s going out to you, our clients.
Everyone in our workshop, from Operations Director Mark Clayton to all the experienced joiners and painters on the shop floor, is part of a culture that takes pride in the things we make, rather than just getting them off the production line.

Expert oversight at every step
While we’re incredible proud of the culture of excellence that we’ve developed at Tom Howley, we’re also led by a brilliant team of co-founders in Tom Howley and Mark Clayton, who are still deeply involved in the business day to day.
Tom personally reviews every kitchen before it’s presented to the client, working with all of our designers to make sure the creativity, personality, and clever design we’re known for shines through in every room.
Most days you’ll find Mark on the workshop floor, working with our teams to continue refining our processes and ensuring we’re working to create the best possible end product, in the best possible way.
